Key features include:

1. The core material used in our panels is a structural material, not just an insulator. It has a rated compressive strength of 400 kPa @ 10% deformation. This means the core material is not only an insulate material but it adds to the overall strength of the panel. Creating a very strong panel.

2. The foam core material we use comes with a 20-year thermal warranty backed by DOW. We utilize a comprehensive documentation system during the fabrication process. All aspects of the fabrication are recorded, including the ambient temperature, batch numbers, along with the materials used & any faults or interruptions to the vacuum process whilst in production. This is considered the gold standard of quality control.

3. Our body kit is designed to eliminate all air caps and thermal bridging. The roof extrusion allows us to place the roof directly over the wall and maintain the required wiring provisions with no compromise to structural integrity. Whilst allowing roof loads to be transmitted directly to the walls.

4. All elements of the fleet plus body are manufactured in Australia. While some of the core materials are imported, many of the components such as the steel and extrusions used are Australian made.

5. We use a 2.4mm Vetroresina Fiberglass skin. This skin is heavy duty woven cloth fiberglass. With a quality white clean finish and is far more resistant to scrapes and gouging from the loading/unloading process.

6. The rear frame is fabricated using 100% stainless steel and is completely welded to the floor as opposed to rivet fastening alone.

7. The fleet plus body utilizes a galvanized steel (H) frame as opposed to conventional Hard wood configuration used in comparable bodies from various manufacturers, eliminating ongoing issues and expensive repair costs associated with conventional timber frames which are susceptible to moisture and results in swollen/rotten front wall/fridge mounting.

8. The fleet plus body is designed with aluminium trim built in to the panels, resulting in a superior, structurally sound finish, along with All panels having reinforced woven fiberglass applied on all high stress points historically associated with wall to floor/roof panel separation seen in competitors body designs currently sold to market.

9. The fleet plus body is comprised from XPS insulation as opposed to outdated polyurethane being far more susceptible to moisture.

To summarise, the Fleet Plus body has been designed from a repairer’s aspect and has addressed and overcome any need for repetitious expensive repairs that have been witnessed, and repaired numerous times, this body has been designed to be a very durable FLEET vehicle, capable of extended amounts of service with dramatically reduced repair costs and associated down time over the service life of the body.
